Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will collect the package from your doorstep, or you can drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  After our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
